Sadhana on Sundays

These Vinyasa krama yogaworkshops are for Yoga students who wish to commit to developing their own personal Yoga practice by learning in class and then practising at home.

“As a Yoga Student you must have your own practice. You won’t make progress if you don’t practise at home.”  Srivatsa Ramaswami

Srivatsa Ramaswami is the longest standing student of the legendary Sri T. Krishnamacharya, outside of the teacher's immediate family.  In his book, The Complete Book of Vinyasa, he details the entire range of vinyasas (numbering about 700) in eleven classical sequences.  These workshops follow his teachings, offering yoga students a method or means of accomplishingthe goal of yoga.

Sadhana is the method.  It is the practice that you undertake.

Sadhana on Sundays will run on the third Sunday of each month (roughly) at Yoga Torquay.  Participation is through advanced booking and payment only.

Please email Norah Nelson (norah_nelson@yahoo.co.uk) to secure your place.
