"I started coming to Norah's yoga classes when I was around 27 weeks pregnant as I was suffering with sciatica. It ended up being so much more than I could have imagined and I have gained so much from the classes. I have learnt about positions for birth and how to control my breathing in order to relax. Norah is lovely and makes you feel welcome, you can really tell that she is passionate and has a genuine interest and desire to help you to have a positive birth experience. "I can’t recommend Norah & her Pregnancy Yoga class highly enough. I joined Norah for her Friday evening class when I was 23 weeks pregnant and I wish I had found her sooner. Having never done Yoga before I had been searching for a class to do while pregnant for fitness and to help me feel confident about giving birth. From the moment I entered Norah’s class I was welcomed & assured that my lack of Yoga experience would not be a problem. I would encourage everyone to just attend one class because I can honestly say that is all it took to get me hooked. The class involves Yoga movements suitable for pregnancy and encourages you to focus on your breath which is vital for giving birth. The class also includes a relaxation time which made me feel amazing and allowed me to have the time to bond with my baby (this was my favourite bit!) At the end of the class, feeling all relaxed Norah has brought some snacks, a wonderful pregnancy tea and it was a chance to have a chat and take advantage of Norah’s wealth of knowledge. Attending the classes weekly I believe helped me have an amazing pregnancy by keeping me and baby healthy and the breathing techniques learnt in class were invaluable in birth. My midwife said she could tell I had been practicing Yoga and was surprised how calm I remained throughout birth, allowing me to have my baby with no pain relief.When it came to the end of each class I felt amazing and energy I had was indescribable. I would encourage any expecting Mums to visit Norah’s class and just give it a go, trust me you won’t be disappointed."   G.B 



"Norah was my pregnancy guru! She has a great ability to adapt and personalise classes to suit each individual person at different stages of pregnancy, she doesn't just stop at yoga, she goes over and above to help with absolutely anything from diet, pain control and even bras and nipple cream.  I truly believe that the breathing exercises are what got me through labour and birth.  A lovely lady with a kind and wonderful heart and soul.
